You get your telephony/SIP account, account credentials, and SIP parameter settings from the VoIP service provider of your choice.  Alternatively, if you are connecting the BuddyTalk device to your office IP-PBX, then, you can get your SIP account/credentials and settings from your system admin who manages your office IP-PBX.
