How to get the BuddyTalk device IP address

To get the device IP address, please press the Flash button on the top of the device for 3 seconds.  You can also get the device IP address by dialing ‘***1’ with a POTS phone plugged into the RJ11 port of the BT110 device.

Note that the IP address obtained from the above is the “master interface” IP address.  The master interface is the Ethernet interface whenever the Ethernet interface is available in the basic network mode or in the redundant mode, and is the data network interface when the BuddyTalk device’s network configuration is configured in the dual-homed mode.
